Returns & Refunds

I hope that you are 100% happy with your Bottom Line Co. purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Bottom Line Co. offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, within 14 days of your purchase. This does not include limited edition or sale items.

DAMAGED ITEMS: I will gladly replace any item that has been damaged during the shipping process. Please submit images to contact@bottomlineco.net

RETURNED ITEMS: If you would like to return your item, I can happily exchange or refund the cost if the candle is unused or unburned. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for exchanged items. 

NOTE: Sometimes candles are unpredictable during burn times. They can crack or burn more or less than expected. These are not qualifying features for a refund or exchange. IF you believe the candle is malfunctioning, please send inquiries to contact@bottomlineco.net and we can investigate to see if you qualify for a refund/exchange. 

Once received and approved, we will refund you for your purchase.
